WHO WE ARE
We are a group of people who believe in and belong to Jesus Christ. He is our Saviour, having died on a cross to pay for our sins. He is our Lord, the one we live for and follow with our whole lives. We are by no means perfect or any better than anyone else - we have simply been saved by God's amazing grace and want everyone to know about it.
WHAT WE'RE AFTER
Our goal is to see Jesus lifted high in our lives and in our community. We believe lives, families, workplaces, and communities flourish when Jesus is at the centre. Our vision is that we would be passionate followers of Jesus, be a transforming community, and be a nourishing environment for growth.
WHAT WE DO
Our activities as a church revolve around six key things:
Pray and Fast - everything we do begins with prayer. Being intentional in prayer helps us
better understand the heart and will of God; once we know his heart and will, we can act on it.
We occasionally fast to help us sharpen our desire to hear from God.
Serve the Community with Purpose - we seek to emulate our King Jesus, who came not to be served, but to serve.
We intentionally reach out, serve others and meet needs in order to point people to help and hope in Jesus.
Engage in Relational Environments - people matter, and relationships matter. We believe the Gospel (the good news about Jesus) flourishes in the context of relationships. Our heart is to build and future relationships with others, all the while pointing them to Jesus Christ.
Teach the Gospel -
The expression of our faith takes on many different forms. For instance, as a church:
- We meet together for corporate worship, teaching from scripture, and to spend time together
(NOTE - during COVID-19, we are only meeting in person every other week, and meeting online the other weeks).

- We meet together in Life Groups to go deeper into relationship with one another and deeper into God's Word.

- We meet together in what are known as D-Groups. These are very small groups designed for people who are hungry for more in their faith journey and desire more individualized attention and relationship.

- We occasionally get together for works of service or fun activities, such as watching hockey games, going bowling, etc.
