Meet the Staff

Mark and Annie Moran
Our Lead Pastor and his family

Mark and Annie Moran moved to Saint John and Mark began working as the Lead Pastor at The Harbour. Christian Church in April of 2014.  They came from the St. Louis area.  Mark brings over 20 years of ministerial experience in both large and small churches.

Mark and Annie have 3 grown children.  They have a son in Texas, a daughter in New Mexico, and a daughter in Arkansas.  They also have 3 granddaughters.

“People often ask me why we decided to move to Canada”, Mark says.  “And, I tell them that although we love Canada and had visited many times, we were not looking to move here.  We were just looking for where God wanted us to be.  Lincoln Christian University in Lincoln, Illinois had a listing of churches that were looking for ministers.  Annie read the description of the type of person they were looking for and she looked at me and said ‘This is describing you!  You should contact them.’  It has been a perfect fit.  This church and I share a passion for reaching the people around us with the good news of Jesus.  The church was already growing, and we feel so blessed that God has allowed us to be a part of His vision for the Saint John area.”

Mark and Annie enjoy spending time with other people, playing games and watching movies.  Annie says “We just really enjoy being together, no matter what we’re doing.”

We hope you’ll join us for a time of worship on Sunday.  Annie and I look forward to meeting you!
